Out of State buyer treated like family
Integrity, professionalism, friendliness, efficiency, over the top service. As an out of state buyer, Iwas treated as if I had lived in Marion all my life. These folks had a car they could have sold multiple times over, probably to local people, but they chose to honor my "place" in line and I truly respect that level of excellence and integrity. They sent Tom to pick us up at St. Louis airport, saved us the hassle and expense of dealing with a rental car, plus the fun of 2 hours with Tom😌. The people at Watermark are special, I'm grateful to have met them, and wish them well!!

Our salesman Joseph was great and very helpful. He was not pushy at all which is a pleasant experience. He answered all of our questions and checked on he ones he wasn't sure about. We will definitely check in when it's time for a different car.

I have bought my last two new trucks from Watermark (14 &15 models). I have had very little issues with both but when I do Tommy and Ryne make sure everything is handled. Very professional but also very friendly. Pricing on service work is also fair. Melanie and Joel also do a great job at the Quick Lane

Great Fast Service
My husband and I were in the Market for a Malibu. Went up on a Thursday, test drove it, did paperwork and had it all finalized Friday evening. Quick friendly service. "no one has time time mess around" this dealership definitely does not mess around. They get you what you want and make it happen. Thank you!

Great
Tommy has always been great to deal with. Service was done as promised. Now the warranty for life thing, I have always serviced my vehicles and have got over two hundred thousand miles out of them but now to get warranty for life I no longer certified to do an oil change. To me it's a gimmick to get more money out of customers.
