Our sales lady Pam was great. The only thing that we were not impressed with his we were told the car was detail and it was not . And it was unknown to us at the time of purchasing the vehicle that the lights on the shifter letters did not work granted you may not have known that either because usually you're there during the day

Ford REcall
They took my Explorer right in, drove me to my appointment, had it ready within 10 minutes after I returned. Juddson even done extra steps for me. The sales person I bought from seen me and came over to check on how I was doing and my family and asked if I still loved my car. They treat you like real family.

Wonderful service
Staff is always friendly and they always do what I ask and prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend going to quicklane for all your service needs. They will be honest and tell you if something is wrong with anything on your vehicle and never pushy about making you do anything.

Quick Lane
Quick Lane staff and mechanics are great. They are efficient and friendly. If you have an appointment, you can get in and out quickly. They are reasonably priced too. I only give 4 stars for customer service because this time I had to call 3-4 times to get through because I kept getting stuck in a call queue and the call never got picked up.

Excellent Service
Always helpful and friendly. Job was done quickly. Waiting room was very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were the cleanest bathrooms we have ever seen before outside of our own.

Dishonest like every other used car dealer
They sold us a car that had both back speakers blown. The back up camera and climate controls started glitching a few days after we purchased it. We purchased a warranty for 3K and they misrepresented it saying the deductible was $50. We called two weeks after we purchased it to make an appt and they couldn't get us in for another 3 weeks. We take the car in and they tell us it's passed the 30 day period of the dealers warranty and also that the warranty we paid for doesn't cover all of that but what it does cover will cost us 100 instead of 50. The finance manager admitted he told us wrong on the warranty but that didn't matter. They still said it would be 100. We left after purchasing the car thinking how wonderful this place was but in the end we found they are exactly what you would expect from joe blow's used car dealership on every corner. Truly disappointed. Buyer beware with these folks. Shame on them and Shame on us for believing them.
