I’m a mechanic and have a lifetime power train warranty

I’m a mechanic and have a lifetime power train warranty and need Chrysler certified dealer to do service and am pretty picky on my stuff. Have had a few hiccups but the have always made it right.

My truck has been there 4 times with brake issues and

My truck has been there 4 times with brake issues and have an appointment for next Wednesday for the same issue. This will make it five weeks of not getting my truck fixed.

Transmission install & didnt replace rear seal on motor.

Transmission install & didnt replace rear seal on motor. That is just protocol. Very upset!!!!! Maybe a $5.00 seal is going to cost me at least $600.00 to drop transmission again just to put the seal in ... there supposed to be certified. I paid 4500.00 for transmission & labor, I would have paid a few dollars more for a rear seal. I kind of think the mechanic new that just want you to bring back to them for you to spend more money.. when I got my truck back 4x4 didn't work . I took it back & told the service department & the technician & Christian the one install transmission said you didn't bring the truck in here for 4x4 work. I said NO I DIDNT because it worked , so I fig. Out what happened the wires was broken when transmission was installed , so I had to fix it myself!! will not never go back to them again
