Always easy to get an appointment. Service department cares about you and your vehicle. They always check your mileage schedule for routine service (i.e. my tires were due for rotation). I never have to worry about something slipping by without getting the proper attention. Their friendliness is exceptional: service desk all the way to check-out desk. Plus, the courtesy in the waiting area (and assistance in the waiting area) exceed in quality. I have been with Hutcheson since 2004 and will continue with them. They always have my interest in mind.

Whether I am buying a car, routine maintenance, or having an issue, this dealership is amazing and goes the extra mile for their customers! I never go anywhere else!

We just brought in our new Explorer that now we figured out someone tried to break in the door and we were advised we had to pay for the weather strip and labor. You quoted us full price for the part and labor to be extra. We took it to a body shop and the work was done for a $120.00. Your service dept just caused you to loose a returning customer. We will never purchase anything else from Hutcheson Ford

Airbags were recalled and took my truck in and within the hour the truck was done. Very well cleaned, no scratches on the dash or anything
