I feel I got a wonderful deal, on the truck I wanted . This was the Seventh truck I’ve bought from this dealership and I’ve always been satisfied with all the deals I’ve made with them.

This dealer needs to invest in its Service Department.

This dealer needs to invest in its Service Department. 1) It takes several weeks to get an appointment. 2) It is difficult to get your vehicle in the service entry point due to vehicles being double parked everywhere. 3) Staffing seems to be an issue as vehicles stacked up in the morning waiting for check in. 4) Follow up on ordered parts is lacking. When notified of a recall, I took my vehicle in immediately. They did not have the part and said I would be notified when the part was in. Months passed before another appointment was booked. The good, the people are nice and work hard to make you happy. The owner should invest in his facility and support for his team.
