Great Truck, Good Experience for the Most Part
I got in contact with the dealer about a used truck they had for sale and got all of my questions answered promptly. It was a four hour drive for me to react the dealership so I wanted to make sure it was a good truck. We worked out a deal over the phone and I drove up to get the truck. Upon arrival and inspection of the truck it wasn't completely as I was told, few minor issues but still workable. Had one problem that was going to be an issue and went around with the dealer a bit til we worked out a deal on a new adjusted price. Smooth sailing after that and I purchased the truck and drove it all the way back. Been driving it for two weeks now and absolutely love it! Only issue I have is they told me they replaced the lower ball joints and they were put in without the boots on them... so something I will have to fix. But overall a good experience and am happy with how things went. Very nice people!

Good experience
Bought a used Jeep Wrangler from Dick Myers and had a solid, no pressure buying experience. Worked with Gary Atkins who is friendly, approachable, and accomodating. Again, felt no pressure from him, and once I decided to buy he worked with me on the price. I did run into an issue with my stereo and Gary ensured that I got a new unit and the installation price was covered. Excellent customer service all the way around.

Mark Anthony had kept our name and knew what we were looking for and called when a car was available like we wanted. There was no sales pressure and Mark made sure we knew all the features of the car. Service at this dealership has also always been superior. Within a few hours we drove away with my wife's new jeep. Honest, Dependable Car Repair
My son has been a student at JMU for the past two years and has always taken his 1988 Jeep Cherokee to this dealership for maintenance and repair. When his car finally died, they were extremely helpful and supportive in helping him find the right used car for his replacement. They are very thorough and quite reasonably priced, especially for a dealership. The team at Dick Myers is cheerful, honest, and leave me with the impression they truly care about their customers. I rate them 5 star with no hesitation!

Great experience!
Traveled 73 miles & passed 2 Jeep dealers to purchase my new Grand Cherokee. My local dealer treated me like a total idiot - thus the trip to Blackwell where I had purchased a car several years ago. Sales staff was very professional, very accommodating, any very easy to work with. Most of the transaction was done over the phone after a initional visit, & the actual delivery took less than half an hour. Fast forward 16 months & I had a noise develop leaving town on vacation. At 11:45 on Friday morning I called en-route & told them my problem & I would br there in approx. 45 min. Upon arrival, they took the car in, & had us back on the road in very short order. Great people -I'll be back
