Great 5 Star Service

The reason we buy cars at Faricy is because of Chris Snyder. There's no haggling or multiple layers of manager approval. He's very customer oriented. Additionally, Paul Lamberson is the best service manager we've had for our Fords across the US. Go there and you'll be satisfied with the great service.! Joe Faricy also is in this dealership and that means a great deal.

I cannot say enough about this young man's integrity...he simply glowed with honesty, forthrightness, respect and total professionalism as he very expertly and personably led me through the normally grueling and demanding experience of test driving, decision making and ultimately the purchasing of just the right vehicle that fit my every need. He was the very top of the line in manners and the very opposite of the usual every day run-of-the-mill "pressure cooker" salesman. Steve Montoya is going places in the automobile dealership industry and folks best stand up and watch him work...he is one of the best and and I would name him one of Canon City's finest young men, not only in sales but in every aspect of the meaning of that phrase. In a world full of sadness and grief, recent fires and personal loss, he is a breath of fresh air! Thank you and God bless you, Steve. Faricy Ford is Awesome!

I was ready for a car - first one in 11 years-- and wanted to stay local. Steven Montoya at Faricy Ford was great! He was very honest and easy to talk with about what I was wanting to purchase. He was very prompt in response to my first inquiry with Renee. The whole process was smooth and I was driving my new/used car by the end of the day. Good service; Good people

This is the second time I've been to this dealer for service, since we moved into the area, and have been very satisfied with the folks here. Mark, Brent, Dave, and Jim (tech) were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Not had any problems with them or my truck. They're taking care of me.

Best Ford Dealer in the State of Colorado

Just completed my THIRD purchase of a brand new Ford Truck with Faricy Ford in Canon City. I drive 60 miles one way to do business with Joe and his elite Staff. I have had the luxury of experiencing the Faricy Ford difference on many occasions over the years.From the Sales and finance departments to the parts & service departments I have never been disappointed. Martin, Ben, Dan and Natalie always make me feel like I am their only customer. Professional, friendly and extremely accommodating! Even I were to move another 100 miles away I would still make the trip to Faricy Ford. Outstanding job! keep it up. Thanks dd

Exceptional Customer Service

Just moved here from Kansas City and have found the customer service here has been more than I have ever found at any service department. The customer service department and one of the sells staff were very friendly, helpful, courteous, and caring that I was satisfied with the work done on my vehicle not bought from them. I received an e-mail and a phone call to make sure satisfaction had been achieved. I will continue going to Faricy Ford Lincoln in Canon City, CO for all my car needs.

Awesome Purchase Experience

I called Steven Montoya about a Mustang that I saw advertised. From that first phone call until I purchased the car, the experience was awesome. Steve went well above and beyond any efforts that I had experienced at any other dealer. The dealership is a small dealership without all the high pressure sales tactics. The staff was awesome and made me feel welcome and appreciated. The owner actually came out and thanked me and helped me load my Cobra onto the trailer!! What more could you ask for?

There are things that the awesome salesman should tell...

There are things that the awesome salesman should tell you while you are sitting there listening to his lines of bull. First off: The 'so called' 30 day, 3000 mile used car warranty that they offer is 'bull crap'. They SAY it covers things that are wrong, however if you take the car home, find out that there is a oil leak or something like that. It comes down to, SORRY FOR YOUR LUCK SUCKER!..... The warranty is only good if something 'BREAKS'....WTH!!!!! Maybe SOMEONE should explain the wonderful 'warrany' in terms that are not misleading. Secondly: The line 'let me see what I can do' is almost as full of bull crap as the warranty. That line is a clear signal that he's stalling for time and has no intention of making anything 'right'. My sugestion to anyone that is going to do business with this dealership and expecially the USED car salesman. Take a mechanic with you, better yet go down the road to the Chevy dealer or anywhere else.

Great purchase experience

Steven Montoya handled the purchase of my vehicle like a pro. I felt I receive the red carpet treatment. The car dealership placed a comprehensive video online and I felt like I was on the lot seeing it. I made the purchase in a very timely fashion and the finance part of the sale was extremely time efficient. Thank you to all involved at Faricy

Great purchase experience

I felt like I received the red carpet treatment from Steve Montoya at Faricy Ford. From the beginning of the sales experience until I drove off the lot I was treated like I was buying a $50k car. I would buy another vehicle there with no hesitation.
