Craig and Landreth

I had an excellent experience with Craig and Landreth. They made the buying experience very easy. I highly recommend shopping with them. They made it clear from the very beginning that I had no pressure to buy anything, that they were there to just help me through the buying process!

My review is quite simple. I purchased a truck from them back in December of 2024 with good intentions. I quickly found out they are highly overpriced and desperate to sell you extended warranties so they can get their commissions from the warranty company. I quickly found out my truck was still under factory warranty where I wouldn't need any of their extended warranties. I have attempted numerous times to contact the owners Representatives, where I get no response. I am pretty tired of trying to get my nearly $6,000 that I paid extra for my truck for the warranties. The last conversation I had was on February 13th with Jimmy Smith Jr and the long and short of the conversation turns out to where I will have to get an attorney. They may have a nice cars and trucks for sale, but I wouldn't buy anything else from them and I highly recommend against buying from them after the scam that I was given as my only solution to buy that truck. I've learned my lesson and from now on I will not deal with anybody with Craig and Landreths caliber. Trying to get anybody in the finance office is like asking for Biden to be a better president! If anybody from Craig and Landreth is reading this, do what you're supposed to do and keep in touch with your customers and mostly, give me back my xxxx money!

I called about a vehicle that had just hit their website. I got a call back the next day to discuss it a bit and the person that I spoke with said that he would go find the vehicle, get me some info and a price. That was the last time that I ever heard from him. So while I would not recommend this dealer based upon the lack of follow-through, I don’t have any opinion about the quality of their vehicles, I never got that far in the process.

Vehicle and service was very good. The tires were cupped and I replaced them. No worries it was bought as is.

I purchased an SUV recently & love It. It's clean well presented. I only rec'd. one key fob & was told it came that way, To obtain a new one could take 4mo or more as there were backordered. I purchsed one two days later & with programming costs, I am out some $325.00 & I can't imagine why the dealer would not be obligated to handle this matter, can you? Also given ceramic cost & was extremely inflated.

Straightforward process and communicative staff. Drove 6 hours to pick my car up and was in and out in about 90 minutes. Bill was wonderful walking me through the process of purchasing a car out of state.

Drove 6 hours to find the vehicle has stains all over seat that was never mentioned or showed in photos. The back of the driver's seat was broken, how nobody knew is incredible. They could not fix but did give a credit back. I would not have purchased because of the deceipt while purchasing, wife still wanted because of drive and desperation.

From the very first contact, this experience has been great. Very professional and very friendly. Got a good price for my trade in and a GREAT deal on my new car. Matt and Richard were terrific. I had to make a long drive, but it was well worth the trip. I will buy from them again in the future.
