I had a very positive experience working with my salesman, Vishal “Vinny” Vinayak when ordering my 2021 GMC AT4. He went “above and beyond” in locating high clearance steps for my truck which were, and still are in very limited supply. He was very professional, and great to work with. All my truck purchasing expectations were exceeded!!

worst new car experience
We bought a car on Monday 3/22, a brand new 2021 Chevrolet Bolt. Didn't drive it much until Thursday and found out air conditioning was not working while taking the car for detailing. So frustrating as it is brand new and you would think dealer would have checked everyone before delivery. They made us wait about an hour until telling us the there is a lead and compressor was bad, and they had to replace it. We went to speak to management and they were completely rude, and unprofessional and unapologetic. GM Micah's response was it happens and that's why there is warranty, basically saying it is what it is. When we asked about how come they did not find the issue during their inception, there was no issues found then. With that the guy sitting next him, think his name was Art, asked us to leave. Well I am never going back there, and if you are buying car from them double and triple check everything, yes for New cars, or else be prepared to have warranty service done right away,

Chevy bolt
We bought chevy bolt last week, I reached out to multiple dealers for quote on bolt. Vishal (Vini), he responded to my request quickly. He is an excellent sales person, he is honest, not pushy, responds quickly and respectful. I appreciated working with him and was able to make the deal same day. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy GM cars.

My review in a word exemplary! In the new Covid era car buying has obviously changed. However my representative Josh was a true professional. Always responsive knowledgeable and with a friendly disposition. We communicated quite often over nearly 3 months of interactions as the 2021 Escalade was coming from the factory. Later when a slight hiccup happened in the transaction I was very thrilled with the prompt Professionalism and care that the Manager Micah delivered. An overall satisfactory experience! outstanding repair work done
I am from out of state and was visiting friends in Woodland. The day before I was scheduled to leave (Sunday) my GMC truck started making an awful noise. I was afraid that it was something internal and all I could think about was dollar signs. Anyway, I took the truck into the service department early Monday morning. I was helped by Service Advisor, Marco Tamayo, who basically saved me. Marco asked a mechanic to take a look at the truck and the mechanic instantly knew what the issue was --- a vacuum pump. I informed both Marco and the mechanic what a bind I was in because I needed to leave California right away and get home for appointments I had scheduled. The mechanic informed me that they were buried with work. So I told Marco please do what you can and I will live with it. At 1:30 that same day Marco called me and said the truck was ready to pick up. I could not believe it. They only charged me $180 for labor plus the cost of the part. I can not tell you how highly I think of this dealership and especially the entire service department and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
