I didn?t get a charger for my 2025 Nissan Leaf, and the 500 dollars off coupon that was offered online was never given to me. The 500 dollars would have changed my payment by a couple dollars, but the issue was Jay C couldn?t apply it to my purchase because I believe he was more concerned about his sale than my purchase.

I traded my 2023 Rogue for a 2024 Rogue; however, the finance department allowed my Payoff/trade-in paperwork to "fall through the cracks." It took 37 days for my trade-in to be paid off, despite my calls and notifications that something was going awry. My credit was almost ruined due to their non-payment. I emailed the owner and dealership team to share my experience, and have yet to hear back. After having to pick up a reimbursement check (even longer story), Nick in finance made sure to display retaliatory smug behavior about “how badly the negative review hurt us,” as opposed to addressing the actions that led me to leave such a review. I will never step foot back in that dealership. I'm just happy to know there are other options in town.

I was considering a new vehicle and received a phone call
I was considering a new vehicle and received a phone call from Raymond Harris with South Colorado Springs Nissan. Ray was very courteous,, polite and very patient in answering all of my questions at the dealership and on the test drive. I have purchased at least 10 cars in the past 25 years and this was by far the best experience out of all of them. Not only was Ray amazing Nick in finance took the extra time to ensure that I understood the entire process at closing and that I received the best possible deal. They both were very low pressure and extremely knowledgeable. I am excited to continue to work with this amazing dealership throughout the life of my new Pathfinder!

Was visiting my family in Colorado, and decided to shop around cars while I am in Colorado. My first stop was south Colorado Springs Nissan dealership, since it was close. Everyone was super nice there. Ariana helped me browse some options. She knew everything about the few cars that I looked at. Definitely debating on buying a car here since I felt no pressure to purchase and I was treated very respectfully.

Went for a test drive on the frontier PRO-4X. During the test drive I felt no pressure to upgrade and she answered all of my questions regarding the car.
