9.95 oil change

9.95 oil change is too good to sound true?It is they add 5.4o and tax so what you really get is a oil change for 16.67.If you car uses anything other than 5w 30 it’s 7-8 dollars more and the time it takes to change your oil is almost 2 hours long.What a scam

Needed a Car.

Darius was an excellent and fun Salesman. My Wife and I had a great time talking with him. He's attitude was upbeat and made the whole process comfortable and fun. Buyer Beware

***Warning!!! Please read prior to purchasing from Woodman Nissan!!!*** 05/16/2019 I would love to say I had a pleasant experience at Woodman Nissan. Conan, our sales associate was wonderful. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. However, after we chose our new vehicle and began working with the finance department, this is when the entire experience went downhill. We signed our first contract on a Monday morning, agreeing to the terms of purchase. The next day, we received a call from the finance department that our interest rate had changed, and we once again needed to sign the paperwork. Being understanding, we returned to the dealership and signed the second set of papers. We were then contacted again, a week later, and told our rates were going up once again and we needed to come in to sign the paperwork. Again, although reluctant, we returned to the dealership to sign for the third time. Several days later, while out of town, my wife and I began receiving messages from Heather Taylor from the financing department. She stated that we still needed to sign additional paperwork for our loan, or it would not be funded. At this point, my wife and I started to become concerned why our interest rate continued to climb, the paperwork from the financing department was never complete, and there were 8 inquires on our credit report. My wife and I went into Woodmen Nissan and spoke with Heather, the Financing Director for Woodmen Nissan. We began with expressing our concerns for the increasing interest rate and why the paperwork was never finalized. Heather was extremely combative in her reply stating, "It was Jamon who made the error" and insisting that I am obligated to purchase the car, even if I don't agree with the interest rate. I stated that I was no longer comfortable with the deal and Heather responded that I would have to pay for each day and every mile on the vehicle I had been driving for the past three weeks, believing the entire time the purchase had already been made. This incident is still in progress and I will provide further updates Buyer Beware!!!!

Lied to

This review is in regards to WN's service department. The alternator in my car died several weeks ago and I initially had my car towed to WN for repairs. After being disrespected throughout the entire process by Brandon F, I made the decision to have my car towed elsewhere for the repair. I was told by Brandon F during the diagnosis that my battery had also died and was not chargeable and needed to be replaced. I had also requested an oil change, that Brandon told me was completed and charged me for. Once I had the car towed, I was informed by the new mechanic that the battery did hold a charge and did not need to be replaced, and that the oil change had not been done. Brandon F and possibly others, knowingly committed fraud and lied and charged me for a service that was not completed. The assistant manager refunded the money once he was made aware of the issue and confirmed that the battery was fine and the oil change not done, but he was supposed to follow up with me within a week to let me know what his investigation found and if more people were involved. It's been three weeks and there has been zero contact. Obviously, Woodmen Nissan will no longer be servicing any of our cars.

Not your run of the mill car dealer they didnt pounce on you as soon as you drive on the lot my wife and I was able to walk around the lot and look at cars as much as we wanted to and then when we felt like we wanted to talk to someone they came over and we did our car buying they were so good that we bought not one but two cars from them on that day we felt like we were the only ones in the dealership that was buy cars that day great job for making us feel like family and not a customer we have not had a opportunity to visit the service area as of yet so I did not rate that part of the dealership
