Break Service
Actually, had two issues going and one was masking the other. Nissan service took good care of my vehicle and identified the problems and gave me a great discount on top of that!

Love my new Rogue
Just bought my third Nissan from Woodmen Nissan. I have always received excellent service from them, from service and maintenance to new car purchases. I love my 2018 Rogue SL AWD with all the toys! Raymond Cervantes was great to work with. I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying a Nissan.

Really positive sales experience
This is the second card I purchased using the same sales person. Scott Palladay is truly an excellent salesman. Both times he found selections for me to choose among that were all within my price range and met my personal criteria. He actually listens to what the buyer is saying. I have recommended him in the past, and will continue to do so. Scott's name is not in the drop-down.

What customer service?
I was not satisfied with the value for money of the service on my car, so I asked for my money back. It was like pulling teeth. The manager was snarky and unsympathetic; I felt like I had to raise my voice to get anything accomplished. Customer service is not a skill practiced here. If you want to be treated properly, have your vehicle serviced at South Colorado Springs Nissan instead.

New tires and Service
I love Woodmen Nissan. The service department staff are very friendly and do a great job. German is awesome at what he does and it always comes with a smile. My only complaint would be that whenever I have my car serviced, I hand over or inform the service tech about coupons when I get out of my car but they always forget to apply them. Other than that, I love Woodmen Nissan. I will keep coming back and refer others as well.

Exceptional Service
Bought my Nissan in May. First oil change and tire rotation scheduled in July. Associates were friendly from sales to services. They provide an area with television, comfortable seating, drinks and snacks while you wait on your vehicle. The wait didn't seem to take long at all.
