Great deals, VERY FAST purchase process
Was looking for a car, new or fairly new. Saw some listed on their website that I liked. Used pre-approval option for them on the website. Got approval - even though credit not so good. Made appt to see the car I liked. When I got there, they had it ready to test drive. I liked it and bought it. Total time from when I arrived for the test drive, working with finance guys, to driving off in the new car was only 2 hours! Pretty amazing.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service after the sale is complete. They will make promises that they will not keep, even if it is in the "we owe". They will avoid making warranty repairs as well. This is another dealership that has nothing but empty promises to get the sale but no effort for customer service afterwards. If they ignore you enough, you will go away, thats there philosophy.

Used car purchase
I am currently in the process of purchasing a car from Woodmen Nissan. I signed papers to purchase a vehicle with the terms of the SUV being: 1) thoroughly detailed 2) back silver trim being replaced 3) back hatch body work (dent) fixed 4) the SUV had been through a 167 point inspection Let's start with before leaving the dealership I noticed the back hatch was broken and would not open. I would hope that some portion of the 167 point inspection would be to check if all doors and hatches open? This was fixed when the vehicle was taken in Monday. Thought it was worth mentioning though. I dropped of the vehicle for these alterations Monday after spending the majority of the past Saturday going threw the negotiations and paperwork of purchasing a car. At this point the sales agent Laurence had forgot to order the chrome part but we left the vehicle anyway for two days. Unfortunately yesterday, "Wednesday" night I went to pick up the SUV and the only portion of the car that had been worked on was replacing the chrome trim. The service manager Reggie knew nothing about the detailing promised and stated his department does not do body work. The SUV had not even been vacuumed or washed, and the list of items in the detailing that was not addressed could go on and on. I then was directed to speak with the manager Todd of the used sales department who gave me a loaner vehicle while he worked to correct the mistakes. This was at least a small positive considering I was hoping to take my family's new vehicle home that night. Unfortunately, I got home at 6PM and tried to contact the used car portion of the dealership at least three times with a couple questions regarding time table and concerns from my wife. The dealership is open tell 9PM and neither an off site Nissan operator or myself could get someone to answer the phone. I will continue to post as I complete this purchasing process for better or worse. I will be glad to repost if our experience changes for the better. Kyle

Bought at van from here and had a good experience.
So far I am real happy. Mark was really nice and made it real easy. I had problems the morning after getting the van with the battery but I called they got me right in to check out the problem and got me on the road. Mark even called me on his day off to make sure i had gotten it taken care of and told me what could of caused the drainage. I have only had the van two days but now problems or issues that I can find and I am sure if there is any problem they will work with me.

David the car salesman
Had an amazing time buying a used car from David he was super friendly and knowledgeable about every question I had, he was very kind and generous and helped me throughout the buying process step by step. I didn't have any negative remarks about the experience I had received with David by my side each and every step of he way. Great job David I will for sure recommend people I know to buy a car from you. Great experience and great environment here at woodmen Nissan ill for sure come back and buy because everyone treated me like family and made my buying experience that much more fun.

Todd Miller and Justin Hecht in the used car sales provided great customer service when I traded in my Nissan Rogue and Armada!
