The first time at end of July when I called on Wed to make sure of my August 2 appointment and it was verified, then on Friday get a call telling me there was no tech that Saturday I was very unhappy as had the appointment for over 3 weeks. Waited a while then called back and got appointment scheduled, had Lance and have been very pleased since it’s taken three visits to get everything done and taken care of, but so very happy with service, he keep in close contact and was very helpful along the whole way.

Greeted with a smile, fast service! Very proud of our service advisors, they work hard and always try to accommodate.

Dropped my car off after lunch and Jamie was able to get it done in no time.

Caysen made the whole process simple. He worked with me to find the right car for me and was patient and flexible throughout the whole process. Our second purchase from Holm and I'll be back when we have need again.

Outstanding, timely service. I was traveling through the area when I ran into an issue with my work fleet vehicle. Steve got me in as soon as I got into town, and an hour later I was back on the road. Aside from being Kstate fans :) It was the best experience I had at a repair dealership in some time.

Fixed a fuel leak in my vehicle and were friendly and helpful the entire way through.
