Meh. Only good for a cash deal, have never been able to trade. Complete low ball on trade-in values. No reason to be loyal if they will not trade or come off sticker price.

They were very quick getting me in for an estimate, handled everything with my insurance, got my car back to me quickly, and it was even cleaned when it came back to me.
