The first visit to buy my vehicle was fine.

The first visit to buy my vehicle was fine. The sales man Andre Bruce ( who is no longer working there) was wonderful. Made a trade in and got a good deal. Since I didn’t have my registration on my trade in it took longer to getting my tags for the new vehicle. Getting my new tags and registration was 2 days from the temporary tags being expired. Kept getting the runaround about when they would arrive. When I did get the tags they forgot to give me the registration to the car. There was no follow up until I contacted them. I live an hour from this dealership and at first asked them to mail it to me. Then on second thought I asked a friend who lived closer to go and pick it up. When he got there whoever he talked to at the desk had no idea of where it was. Finally after telling them the name of the salesman he was able to get my registration. I will not be retuning to this dealership or recommend to any of my friends.

Perfect service experience!

I brought my SUV from another dealership (not even one of their brands) in for service on what I knew was going to be an expensive bit of work. The service team was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was consistent and complete. They managed my expectations as they related to time and budget and delivered in my favor on both. I would highly recommend giving them the opportunity to help you with your vehicle. Kudos to TJ on their team as a great representative and a consiment professional.

Tate Used — Great Deal on used Camaro

This was an easy, straightforward buying experience. Billy Wilson, the Sales Consultant, was low pressure, and handled the negotiation and transaction very well — I recommend him. Dave also made the purchase and finance paperwork painless. Most important, I got a great deal on the car I purchased, and a very fair offer on the trade. Give these guys a try.

Ram Man

Friendly staff. They make you feel welcomed and even served me coffee while I waited to hear from the banks if I was approved for the vehicle I wanted. They explained everything including warranty, the features of my vehicle. After I signed for the vehicle and made it mine, my sales person even helped me program my phone to the bluetooth, set my radio stations, and program the vehicle to the way I like it. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.

Great Experience

Already going in for repairs 2 days later

Bought a 2016 Jeep Compass 4 days ago and have to take it in to have the radio replaced as the presets are "sticking". Also, the pocket on the door was apparently glued and after it was cleaned up and I drove it out it came unglued, getting repaired also. Look things over really well! And my tank that was "filled" was less than half full. Will not give you a good price until you threaten to walk out.
