Bought my ford escape from laird Noller ford in Topeka in

Bought my ford escape from laird Noller ford in Topeka in July 2025 and since can’t get any of the issues resolved due to no one will call me back. I’ve called there 5 times and get sent to voicemail every time without a call back. There was a $208 mistake made when we bought the car of my pay off value made by the sales department well guess who got to pay for it…me. My brakes didn’t sound right from the start so I took it back and was reassured that the shop ran diagnostics on it and everything was fine. They squeal when I use them. Now there’s another thing I will have to pay for. The car was to be detailed and have some light marks buffed out of the hood after I bought it and it had to be taken to the dealership twice to get it done right. It didn’t make things any easier considering that I live over a hour away. When my car was first purchased we went through several people just to get the car. I should’ve known better. I will never…I mean never by a car from them again.

Careful, they charge for everything.

Careful, they charge for everything. Got a diagnostic charge for EVERYTHING I thought was wrong and not just a total vehicle diagnostic $190 for every diagnostic. Caution when going here.

I’ve been taking my car here regularly for maintenance,

I’ve been taking my car here regularly for maintenance, but I’m extremely frustrated with how my last few visits have gone. For the past two appointments, I told them about a humming noise when braking. Both times they brushed it off as “low tire tread” without even bothering to test drive the car. This visit, I pushed them to actually drive it, and surprise—now I’m told I need both brake pads and rotors. If they had done their job and checked the brakes the first time I asked, it likely would have only been pads and not the more expensive rotors. That’s negligence, plain and simple. To top it off, when I asked John why this wasn’t caught before and about the tire excuse, he told me, “I don’t know anything about tires.” You work as a mechanic at a dealership and don’t know tires? That’s unacceptable. Also, after one of my previous visits my horn did not work… do you realize how dangerous that could’ve been?? On top of all this, their maintenance is always slow and they take forever to even let you know when your vehicle is done. The lack of urgency and accountability is disappointing. I’ve been a loyal customer, but this kind of carelessness has completely shaken my trust in this shop. Customers deserve proper inspections, faster communication, and honest answers—not excuses and upcharges caused by the shop’s own failure to diagnose issues.

Could not have had better experience with buying a car

Could not have had better experience with buying a car living 1000 miles away. Paris, my sales representative was outstanding. She made the buying process very easy. Was always quick to answer my emails and/or texts. The finance department was also great. This has been one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had.

I inquired about a 2025 F150 that I reviewed on Cars.

I inquired about a 2025 F150 that I reviewed on Cars.com at the price advertised on Cars.com. After interfacing with the Internet Sales Staff, I requested a detailed quote to verify the numbers available from the Cars.com site. After being bounced to several people in the dealership, the price on the F150 increased by $3971 from the Internet Pricing. I requested that the dealership honor the Internet Cars.com pricing as the starting point for our negotiation, but after numerous emails, they would not honor that price. This tactic gave me a very suspicious feeling about (Bait and Switch) possibilities. This type of activity occurred over a period of 5 hours without any resolution. I moved on, but beware of expecting the Internet Pricing to be one that the Dealership will honor.

Great experience!

Great experience! My salesperson Alexis was great and very helpful. I opted to drive over 90 minutes each way to do business with them when I have a Ford dealership 2 miles from me. I would highly recommend Noller Ford to anyone!
