Unsatisfied Customer Service!

Scheduled maintenance on recall item took two days. Day one 10hrs no work was done that inconvenient me for day two. Disappointed in Professional service

Mistakes were made but they were corrected without charge

Overall I have had always had a great experience with this dealer's service. In this case I had to return to the dealer because after the Recall Service was completed the driver window would no longer roll down. They corrected the problem and aside from the time and extra trip I was satisfied.

Good service and a long wait

I just had the oil changed and fluids topped off and it took 2 hours and 20 minutes with an appointment. Service was good and I am satisfied with the overall work, but there’s no reason it should take that long for a job that was bid at 1 hour and that had no complications.

Friendly service

Friendly staff was a little disappointed had a low tire light on and even though I did not bring it in for that I thought they would have aired up my tire and when they drove my car in to me they had on the AC to defrost my windows it was 27 degrees outside

Both sales associates were very nice and respectful

I highly recommend that anyone talks to Stephanie Ross she is great she did an awesome job on my new vehicle and she showed that she really cares.

Very helpful and kind

Everyone at the dealership was very welcoming. Stephanie made sure to tell me all I needed to know about my new vehicle and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Would recommend this place to everyone!

gas tank

The service department is great and so are the guys that work there and so is Laird Noller I'm just disgusted that Ford doesn't build their products to last longer having to pay $600 because you can't put gas in your car is absolutely ridiculous

Amazing

Based on this being a different situation with my insurance company the staff worked with me to get my vehicle fixed. The staff was amazing!

Great and Amazing

Rick Jackson is a great aspect and a very hard and dedicated salesman and I would highly recommend him for anybody that needs a car to see him! Jordan McGillis is great aspect when it comes to financing!! He helped get me a great deal on my new car!! Thank you all for your hard work and help!!
