I was looking to purchase new vehicle after 24 years for myself since buying my F250 in 2001. I did my research, and visited a few dealerships. That led me to Haag Ford even though there are multiple closer Ford dealers to me. That is when I met Michael Butts in May of 2025, and the journey began to purchasing my 2025 Big Bend Bronco. Mike was courteous, friendly, and professional from the very beginning! I will also admit I not to easiest to deal with, if pushed or felt pressured in a sale, which usually happens when making a big purchase. Mike never did that! He always listened and found answers to my questions, even if didn't know it at that exact moment. This was a drawn out process by ordering as found it was better and more economical, even though I knew would take longer to get and receive my new Bronco. Even the when there was a hurdle with with the order process, Mike was there to make sure it was fixed right, and I as a customer was happy with the solution, so the process could continue to move forward. What else can I say, other than he was amazing! Thank you Mike! What an amazing group of people at Haag Ford! Also to all that I interacted with including Justin, Andrew, and Jessie, thank for an overall great experience at Haag Ford! Truly a professional crew! Jim Fuchs helped guide me through the process of buying a new 2023 Ford F-150. While I'm not usually a big fan of salespeople, Jim treated me more like a friend than a customer. His motivation was not financial but rather to help find the vehicle and options that worked best for me. He gave me honest recommendations based on his many years of experience and insights from his vast customer base. He didn't try upselling me, in fact he found things I didn't really need. If we buy another vehicle in the future, you can bet I'll be calling Jim.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with any business what so ever they lie every time I talk to them spent $42k on a truck had it 2 days and was in a accident so I used their body shop thinking they might try to take care of me cuz I just bought it there 2 days before but they have now had my truck for over 3 months and there’s something new every single day I’ve been told they are waiting on the last part probably 5 times they get the part then they say they are waiting on another last part and they have put the wrong part on it to so they had to fix that who knows when I’ll get the thing back but I do know I will never recommend this xxxx hole to anyone including my worst enemy and I will never do any business with this place again

Jim Fuchs was great to work with when ordering my F-150. He kept me updated throughout the entire process from the day I ordered the truck until it showed up on the lot. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining all of the different options which helped me make the best decision for me as to what I wanted to order. I located a 2021 Ford F 150 Hybrid w/7.2kw Generator at Haag Ford in Lawrenceburg IN and was referred to salesman Jim Fuchs by a family member. He made the purchasing process very easy and was very thorough showing me the difference between the purchase price with X plan price vs the Ford rebates.
