Significant overcharge for maintenance.

Significant overcharge for maintenance. Brought my car in to address error messages on brake light malfunction and right blinker blinking too fast. Inspection revealed no burned out bulbs and recommended replacing the right rear taillight assembly for $746. I decided to look into the issue myself. I placed the rear blinker build for $4 and it resolved the issue. Stay away from this service department.

Recently worked with Rachel Dotterman and Volvo Cars Cincinnati to purchase my new S60 after deciding what I wanted and finding the right unit. I've been an automotive industry professional nearly my entire adult life and was pleasantly surprised by how well their team handled the entire process. Rachel is a consummate sales professional. She made the negotiating process simple, accommodated all reasonable requests, and is legitimately a product knowledge expert. Overall it was a great purchase experience and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone!

Disappointed with disbelief.

Disappointed with disbelief. Recall service for seatbelt, came away with non functional seatbelt. Refused to accept responsibility and only offered repair at a discount. Lack of integrity, lack of remorse, lack of accountability, and disregard for customer safety much less customer satisfaction. SMDH

After purchasing my car, I have had a series of

After purchasing my car, I have had a series of electrical and mechanical issues. I was stranded several times on the side of the road. Every time it was "repaired" by the dealer, I was assured it was fixed - but time and time again I ended up back in the service dept with the same problem. Each time - no loaners were available for me so I'm also stuck having to rent a car. I have made a dozen phone calls following up but no one ever reached back out to me. This was the 3rd Volvo that our family purchased but my experience will guarantee that it is our LAST.

I brought my car for warranty work after waiting 4.

I brought my car for warranty work after waiting 4.5 months. The car had no service lights on or warnings when I brought it in. Upon returning it I was given the car back with a check engine light and low coolant warnings. I was told to pay 1,000 to get it off. They offered nothing even though the issue occurred during their service of the warranty work. Place is a scam. They just say it's your fault. Stay away from service department!!! I now have to take it to another shop just to have my car the way it was prior to their supposed warranty work.

I was so excited to have my second Volvo. I truly believe...

I was so excited to have my second Volvo. I truly believe there are the safest cars on the road. Dealing with Volvo east and Volvo north is a disaster… Stay away. They changed my deal after it was too late for me to do anything about it. Just to have a basic service takes over 16 days to schedule. At one point they said I was talking to the owner and I found out later it was a manager

Our First Volvo

A friend suggested Volvo Cincinnati North. Upon arrival we were greeted by Mary Reynolds who was phenomenal throughout the entire process! Mary was extremely professional and patient as we worked to narrow down exactly what we wanted. James in Finance was extremely thorough as we completed the deal. We are happy to give Mary and James our highest recommendation!

Excellent experience with Mary

We found the vehicle we were looking for and we spoke with Mary about our interest, and purchase price, etc. She worked up the numbers for us within 15 minutes. She was pleasant and responsive. Great delivery experience.
