After searching at several other dealers, I called Bennett Chevrolet and spoke with Justin Bird. When we arrived at the dealership, Justin had done his homework and had everything ready as we entered the showroom. His professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm were readily seen through out the transaction. Since we wanted to surprise our son with a new Silverado the next morning, Both Justin and Jim stayed beyond closing time... oh, yes, a "prep" person also stayed to prepare the truck so as to make our surprise come true on time! Not only was the price of our 4x4 better than other dealers, Justin totted the excellence of being a Bennett Chevrolet customer, which made us feel comfortable for we live 45 miles away... expecting to travel for great service is comforting. AND one more important thing... in all the years we have purchased cars, NO DEALER has given us pricing on a dealership printout showing deal tails of payment options. In the past, including our shopping for a new 1500 truck, we were only given numbers on a sheet of blank paper, not even with the name or model of the vehicle, only a price. Oh, yes, they said come back and we will beat their best price! I can not trust a dealership that plays games! Bennett Chevrolet gave me their best the first time showing us their integrity...AND THAT MATTERS! We are a happy family!

My dealer was very helpful with one of my biggest issues. I used an extra large dog crate in my van and I was concerned that it may not fit in the Trax. My dealer, Erik Rabey, took the crate out of my van, showed me how to put the seats down, and slid the crate into the car, to show me how it would fit. This was a big factor in my decision to buy the car and I was very impressed with his salesmanship. Erik could not do enough for us as we completed the process and his great personallity was a plus. Each employee who we came in contact with at Bennett, worked with us to complete this transaction, in a professional and accomodating manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Bennett to friends and family!
