Everyone was real friendly. Darrel did a fantastic job helping us get into a great vehicle and helped us with every step! The experience was great and we couldn?t be happier with how everything went! I?d recommend everyone to do business with them!

Great experience 👍 No surprises and no pressure. Have and will continue to recommend this dealer. No pressure - hand shake style deal. When I get ready to buy again, I will go back.

Beware!! Crooked dealership!

Tony the sales rep brought to my home locally a used vehicle i wanted to test drive. With my work i wasn't able to go to dealership. My experience was pleasant until i signed all the paperwork. They had their financial guy come to my home which was fine. But upon signing and having my adult son here as witness, i was told i had a 30 day warranty since i chose not to buy extended warranty only because i drive very little. And that there wasn't a spare key at that time but he would get ahold of past owner. If he didnt have a spare that they would get one. I said ok that sounds good. 4 days later my son and i ran an errand in my new purchase and smelled something hot. Almost like hot wires. We looked under hood and couldn't find anything. The next morning i texted sales rep i worked with (Tony) about the smell and an update on keys. I have the texts to proof the way i was treated. They were not going to allow me the 30 day warranty since i chose not to buy extended warrenty. If they took a look at it i would be charged. Ive had the vehicle for 4 days with less then 30 miles driven. He said i can make appt but would be charged. 😳. And that there would be no spare key. I asked to speak to manager to have him call me and he said the manager was looking forward to having a talk with me. In the meantime i told my son what they were doing to me and he went to dealership to talk to manager. Tony harassed my son trying to intimidate him. My son stood his ground and insisted on seeing the manager. Finally manager came out to lobby and told my son he and i were liars that their financial guy wouldn't have ever said that about a spare key. And that if i wanted vehicle looked at id be charged for their time. Raising his voice and leaning in at my son. My son kept it professional and left hoping somehow to talk to the owner. At this point i have washed my hands with this place. I think its important for anyone interested in going here to know how they operate with their business. I have the texts and plan to hold on to them for proof. Im a 56 yr old single female that was completely scammed by these people. This is how they treat their local customers. Its been 33 years since i’ve done business locally with dealerships and never again. Id record your conversations or have then write down what they promise. I even have the 30 day warranty on paper and they refuse to oblige by it. The most crooked evil snakey humans ive ever dealt with. 10/26/22
