I have always enjoyed every visit I have had to Womack Ford in Concordia! My first experience with them was to have my Honda serviced. I drive over 3,000 miles a month and by far, they have taken care of me the best out of all the places I take my vehicle for service! As far as the people, you feel like family when you walk into the door! Judy and Steve always make me feel at home and I will be looking for my next vehicle through them!

I saw a beautiful red 2013 Taurus while driving home from work. That Taurus called out to me each time I drove past the dealership. One day I stopped in and visited with Steve Womack, Jr. He showed me the vehicle and let me take it home to show my husband. Needless to say, my husband liked it as much as I did. Steve gave us a great price for the car and offered more for our trade than we expected. LaRae made the paperwork quick and easy. We were packed up our new car and get out of town for our vacation. We were amazed at the car's performance during our travels and continue to be super excited with it. We have purchased other vehicles at Womack Sunshine Ford and always get our vehicles serviced there. I would be happy to recommend this dealership to everyone!

Check engine lite came on 5 miles from dealership after buying the truck. His version of making it right cost me $285! Avoid this dealership. Very untrustworthy and nasty. When I complained about splitting the cost of repair he sarcastically offered to let me pay it all. Nasty nasty nasty!

I had been looking for a used Ford Taurus and was excited to see 2010 Taurus advertised online. I called the dealership to talk to a salesperson and found that it was still available. I made an appointment to go see it after work. I LOVED the car...and the price! I was treated extremely well and would go back in a heartbeat! The finance person had the paperwork done in a very short amount of time and the vehicle was ready to go home with me! The salesman introduced me to the service manager and told me that they have a Senior Citizen Oil Change special for $14.95, that even includes a car wash and inspection. I'll definitely be back to the shop for that!

went in with intentions of buying a new bike, but found the sales personnel to be pushy, trying to get me to buy something I didn't want, and kept trying to get me inside to do paperwork on it. I wanted to ride one of the bikes to see if it fit me well, and they said their policy is no riders, u can sit on it and start it, but no riding. I have a motorcycle license, go by there almost everyday on my motorcycle, and they tell me no test ride ! I couldn't get off the lot fast enough. DO NOT BUY THERE !!!!!!!!!

These people are crooks, they took an 83 yr old woman for over 20,000 by selling a used for 2013 Taurus for 36,000, and quoted the car as being retail price at 44,000. gave her a 2500.00 rebate and 6000.00 for her car, tried to talk her into financing with Ford motor Co to meet their quota, said the fair market value was 36,000. she paid cash, and they gave her a sales contract she did not even sign, did not say it was paid for and that there is a lien to Ford Motor Company... Car Fax was check by family with the VIN # and this care is not worth more than 19,000 to 22,000. DO not do business with people who rob old people, it could be you mom or grandmother.
