Very happy with my Explorer. Zach Caudill was great to work with. He focused on finding me the right vehicle and not the most expensive. Very fast process. Working with Finance was great too.

Everyone was absolutely awesome!! Nice, courteous and very helpful to my needs and wants. Brad, my salesman and Ryan, my loan officer are two of the nicest individuals I’ve ever met! I only had, and still have one issue. I was told I’d be getting a second key to my 2021 Toyota RAV 4 Limited. I had an appointment to get a key made, but I had to end up paying for the key myself, which wasn’t cheap. I feel ALL vehicles should come with two keys due to the possibility of one being lost. I was also told that they’d still work on getting me the second original key, which would give me three keys total, this would be nice and I hope they’ve found it and or is still working on it. Please contact me at (317) 213-3476 with any information about the second original key, as I’d like to have it as well. Other than the key issue, everyone was absolutely awesome in working with me and getting me in the vehicle that I wanted! Thank you very much! Sincerely, Robert J. Freeman
