Austin and the team I worked with were great.

Austin and the team I worked with were great. They were realistic about my options and what they could do for me, and they were also great about helping me once I purchased my vehicle with things like changing my plates over, fixing a few small details, and getting me on the road with my new ride!

This is the shadiest dealership I’ve dealt with.

This is the shadiest dealership I’ve dealt with. Stay away and choose any other dealership than Ray Skillman. They are only out for as much money as they can possibly get out of you and do not care about anything else. I purchased a 2022 Chevy Silverado that had to have the transmission replaced, had engine issues, no a/c and many many more issues. The truck sat in their service department for two months and I told them multiple times I do not want the vehicle anymore due to the issues. They told me I could not give it back due to my contract and, my friend that works their told me that three weeks later his sales manager KJ (who still currently works their) laughed to him saying that he could have easily taken my truck back with no issues. They are horrible people who just want to take advantage of anyone and, everyone.

Overall the people we dealt with were professional,

Overall the people we dealt with were professional, friendly, & very helpful. Overall we had a good experience except for when we had to meet with Quinn (not sure of his last name). I do not feel he was very professional & his attitude made think really hard about making the deal. The other people we dealt with were great - Austin Cook, Tanner, Zach. We were at the Hyundai dealship & bought a Tucson Hybrid (not Ford - I'm unable to change the info below).
