Our experience here was amazing, from our initial interaction with the salesman all the way up till we got the keys and left. I’ll start with our salesman, he was in no way pushy or over aggressive towards us and trying to over explain things. He left us alone after getting the keys and allowing us to look the truck over and discuss things without him hovering over us. That earns this dealership an A+ in salesman training because we always leave when we feel rushed or pushed. As for the manager or team lead who came and ensured all paperwork and documentation was completed in the first go round, you sir are awesome. The team lead got everything handled quickly and efficiently to help us get in and out quickly. Now for the young lady in finance, LET ME TELL YOU!!!!! Amazing and lightning fast with everything. All approvals and paperwork were fully explained and nothing drawn out and boring. She knows her job and knows it inside and out, and it for sure shows. Now for extras, they ensured we will have 2 keys for our truck and they are covering it all we owe nothing as well as we noticed a small crack and pin hole in the break light cover and they ordered it and are replacing that as well. We have the ford factory warranty as well as purchased the extra warranty because it has always saved us in the long run in repairs out of our pocket. So over all for this entire team, A+++++, 100 stars and will 100% be back to purchase our next vehicle. Kudos to the upper management for a fantastic team and trust me they all deserve raises. We definitely were not in the market for a new truck, also we are from out of state but due to the overall skill and professionalism and price here, we decided to buy a beautiful F450.
