The buying process was easy, However, we paid for a bed liner and under-spray that was finished three days prior and no notification. We had to inquire at the dealership where the truck was. Then the spray liner was on the drivers door and on the drivers seat. You would think if a customer spends that much on a King Ranch there would be better care and attention to the vehicle.

This is the second new vehicle I have bought from Ray Skillman Ford. Both times I have been treated very well through the entire process from the initial hello to the delivery of the new vehicle. I have received extremely great service from the service department which is why I only shopped at Ray Skillman Ford for this vehicle.

Both salesman (Riley and Brad) were very informative and helpful with out being pushy. Clayton Moore is very open & honest about financing and what you are getting for the price being paid. I live almost 3 hrs away and they are going to deliver my car to me which is not a service you can find anymore. I will definitely be recommending Ray Skillman Ford and let people know it is worth the drive. I usually stress out when having to deal with dealerships but you guys made it a very enjoyable process.

Easy going salesmen. Vehicles were easy to find and in condition described online. The usual let me check or ask went on more than I wanted to, in order to get to an out the door price. Which was followed by a additional warranty pitch. The financing is fair and comparable to credit union rates. The car was cleaned on a full tank at pick up.
