I came because I received a letter stating they'd pay off my loan and get me in a newer car. The lady I was texting with ashley was amazing and informative. Once arrived to dealership I was met with a man named Joe who was also very helpful. I ended up trading my car in and getting a car that was a trade in, they was able to give me a fair price for my car as trade in value. There was a couple thing with the new car I had got and they were able to get those fixed in a timely manner although it was never detailed or cleaned prior to me leaving with it.

The process was easy and smooth. However, when I took my car home at night. The next day I discovered the car had hardly been cleaned on the inside. I had to wash every single window inside the car.

Issac and Joe were very helpful getting me a used vehicle for my soon to be 16yr old daughter. I was on a limited budget but they worked with me on the one I had my eye on. I was ecstatic when they comprised to meet my budget! I now have a white Jeep Wrangler with pink accents. I knew it was the one when I saw it! My daughter will be very surprised on her 16th birthday!
