This dealership is the worst.
This dealership is the worst. The sale department are all crooks. They tried to lowball me on my trade in. Then I get lied to by the service department on my first oil change. They said they use Total Quartz oil when in fact they use Sunoco oil because it’s cheaper to buy that in bulk. Every employee who works there is a thief and liar.

This is my second purchase from Freedom Kia of Morgantown in four months! The reason I came back to Freedom Kia was the excellent experience I had the first time, a haggle and hassle free buying experience. When I decided to buy my first Telluride, one of my friends referred me to E.J. Edmonds, a Sales & Leasing Consultant. What a gem he is! After buying my first Telluride with the help of E.J., I knew if I needed another Kia, he would be my guy. E.J. always made me feel like I was his top priority and he made it his mission to ensure I got everything I needed. In addition to E.J., another gem at Freedom Kia is the Finance Manager, Harry Nelson. Between these two gentlemen, I knew exactly how much I would pay for the vehicle and for the optional accessories and warranties. At no point, I felt pressured to buy something I didn't want and I have never seen such transparency in purchasing a vehicle anywhere else. I live in Northern VA, I could go to any other Kia dealership to buy my second Telluride, but I chose Freedom Kia in WV because of how E.J. and Terry treated me as a customer the first time. So, if you want the opportunity to be treated with at-most care and respect, get a great vehicle at the best price, then E.J. is your guy and Freedom Kia is your dealership. The owner Michael Lee, is awesome and honest and upfront about pricing so there are no surprises later. He dosen't do markups or sell over mrsp. Very rare to find in today's market!! Kia has never been a disappointment! I got my first new car there and will never want to go elsewhere! Prices are very fair and they will do whatever they can to get you into something nice and dependable. Awesome warranties (which was my biggest concern and what sold me on choosing Kia), very helpful and patient staff, clean waiting area with phone charging stations and kids play area, complimentary snacks and drinks provided.. been with them for a few years now and have never been disappointed!

In the current new car market dealerships gouge consumers over vehicle prices. If you want fair car pricing, friendly and trustworthy, go to Freedom Kia, Morgantown, WV. Ask for the most fun, honest, and communicative person E.J. Edmonds, Sales & Leasing Consultant, (304) 291-5090 x1104, ejedmonds@freedomkia.net. This was the best car shopping experience I ever had. I narrowed my search down to a Kia K5. I loved the aggressive looks, tech package, fuel economy, and price. I settled on the K5 I looked around all of northeast Ohio Kia dealerships. I shopped at Kia of Bedford, Spitzer Kia Cleveland, Haleen Kia, Montrose Kia, Kia of Streetsboro, and Ken Ganley Kia. All of them charged anywhere from a couple of thousand to five thousand dollars over MSRP. Most of the MSRP were non-negotiable or they started with a much higher price than I was comfortable with. I searched for another couple of months. I lurked around Reddit's Kia subreddit. I was lucky to find a Reddit post from EJ. He was advertising no markup, MSRP Kia’s from Freedom Kia. I saw E.J. posted in a Kia subreddit about no mark up sales. I contacted E.J. and thought it was too good to be true. I was hesitant. I thought they might be selling at MSRP but they would require other items or the finance office would rake me over other items. Sorry for sounding hesitant when it comes to car dealers. I just heard so many horror stories. The more I talked to E.J. the more I felt comfortable. He was upbeat, genuine, helpful, and on the spot with communications. I asked E.J. how Freedom Kia operated and he said cars are sold MSRP. No haggle pricing. There are options his dealer offers but they are all optional and never aggressively pushed. I called E.J. and he was fun and has an awesome personality. I was floored to find that I could factory order a K5! All the Cleveland dealers I dealt with said there was no way I could factory order a K5 or any car. They also blamed the chip shortage, which I highly doubted in late 2022. Cleveland Kia dealers said I had to take what was on the lot or wait for one that is close to my criteria. I was willing to drive three hours away to do business with Freedom Kia if they sold cars at MSRP and had no pressure sales. E.J. walked me through the easy process of factory ordering my 2023 Kia K5 EX in sapphire blue. The car I want, in the color I wished, and added items to make it more personalized to suit my needs. E.J. was on the spot when it came to communicating the dealer needs, transactions, and updates. He emailed me vehicle production updates. E.J. notified me when the car arrived. He took pictures for me. He took the time to explain the bells and whistles. If he didn’t know an item he got back to me and answered my questions. I couldn’t believe that I was buying a car at MSRP. He laid out all the costs associated. He explained again the three optional accessories. He emphasized, they were completely optional and did not pressure me at all. I signed all the paperwork and it was a breeze! They didn’t stick on any dealer logos. Another great plus. When it came to financing I was worried but Lee Cochran, Finance Manager, was super helpful. So please if you are within the Morgantown, WV area or are willing to fly out, please go to Freedom Kia. Ask for E.J. No hassle purchase. Helpful staff. A friendly and no hassle finance staff. Freedom Kia bucks the trend of horrible dealership experiences. They make the car buying experience pleasant. My Kia electric car will be bought from Freedom Kia and E.J.

Awesome Customer Service Experience
I was experiencing problems with my brakes and brought the car in at 3:00 pm for a certified tech to check. I was shocked when the tech told me they could get my car fixed and completed the SAME day. Thanks Freedom Kia of Morgantown!! Awesome Customer Experience.
