Met new service advisor Devin , he was courteous relaxed...

Met new service advisor Devin , he was courteous relaxed and thorough at writeup and checked my truck with me for any issues at pickup. Had lube staff wipe off oil on frame to my satisfaction. I’ll ask for Devin during any future service.

Good start over the phone with Gabby, basically purchased...

Good start over the phone with Gabby, basically purchased the car sight unseen, went to dealership the next morning to seal the deal. Were unpleasantly surprised that the price online and in person were quite different. Spent hours hashing it out, finally left 5 hours later with the car. Shaq was noticeably less friendly after we pointed out a couple “mistakes”. Price was adjusted though and we did buy the car. We are left with an unsettled feeling that we were taken, not a warm feeling and we can’t recommend this dealership. Tony was great

The service I received was very good and timely. Although...

The service I received was very good and timely. Although I have had a problem with the speakers and still do I was told the warranty was expired and it would not be covered this problem started when the truck was new and I have tried to get it resolved. I will have a very hard time buying another Chevy truck just because of this. It should have been resolved warranty or not!

FAST, GREAT AND EFFICIENT

Jeffrey L. Wing was the Service Advisor and he did an EXCELLENT job. I told him I needed to be at work by 8:00am and I was OUT by 7:30am and NOT late for work. However, I had told them at work the evening before that I would probably be late. When I came in on time, they all asked me if I had gotten the service done - they could not believe how efficient ED BOZARTH was!

We wish they served beer in the waiting room. Other than that the people are friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting atea is clean and comfortable.

What a great experience. I found the vehicle online and it was exactly what I wanted. From setting up an appointment to Brian our sales person to the final paperwork it was so easy and I appreciated the cut above found at this dealership.

They did an excellent job on my vehicle in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them. I was caught in an emergency situation and they graciously helped me with my problem.
