I had a great experience at Land Rover Flatirons. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with how well the dealership was set up. The facility was very nice, welcoming, and gave me the opportunity to see many of their vehicles and products on display. Amanda Montes and Rocky were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout my visit. They took the time to answer my questions and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I really appreciated their knowledge of the Land Rover brand and the level of customer service they provided. Overall, I was very impressed with Land Rover Flatirons and especially with the service I received from Amanda and Rocky. They represented the dealership and the Land Rover brand exceptionally well. Love the vehicle, had a terrible experience with the finance person and the dealership. Bought my Defender June 23, 2026. Land Rover Financial has still not received the title. We have not been able to license the car. Tags are outdated. Land Rover Financial told me that they have contacted the dealership many times with no avail. We have submitted a formal complaint about this dealership to Land Rover USA. Once the car was purchased the finance person would not return my calls. I had to call the main number to get any response to my questions. Will be doing my Land Rover business elsewhere in the future. Land Rover Financial/Chase has been wonderful to work with.

Very professional. Mike found and delivered me a car that meets all my requests, on time. As I lived in Europe at time of reservation, Mike helped me by taking photos of the cars parking outside, explaining me patiently on the differences between models etc., and recommending me a model fitting my needs. He made sure I get the car upon my landing in CO, delivered the car to my home in Boulder and came a 2nd time to answer more questions I had on the many features of the car and shared some of his enormous knowledge.
