Brought my Defender in for service 10 days ago, was told

Brought my Defender in for service 10 days ago, was told it would maybe be 1-2 days for repairs. Never offered a loaner and when we made the appointment was told if we wanted a loaner it would be a month or two before they could schedule the repairs. I reached out to the service tech (where they now offer text messaging vs. actually speaking to a real person) and was told day after day that he was going to "check with the tech and would get right back to me", and never received anything back with a status of my vehicle. I then asked if this is the level of service I should come to expect for such an expensive car and he then said sorry we had a bunch of people out that day. I then call them after a week to see what's going on with the car, and surprise - the tech is out that day. I then get a phone call from another tech telling me my car hasn't even been in the shop yet (this is after the previous advisor told me he was checking on the status of my vehicle with the tech).....I demanded a loaner vehicle and they accommodated. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND NOR EVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND LIES.

I had the most exceptional experience at Land Rover

I had the most exceptional experience at Land Rover Flatirons and I want to express my appreciation for the incredible team who made it all happen. First, Mike deserves a huge thank you. He was patient with me throughout the entire process and answered every single question I had. The best part was that for both of my appointments, he was standing at the door waiting for me. That level of attentiveness is giving pure Forbes-level luxury service. He made everything feel seamless and effortless. The dealership itself is stunning. It is spotless, beautifully designed, and so welcoming. And ladies, the lighting in the bathroom was absolutely perfect. You know exactly what I mean. 😂 Patrick in Finance was truly outstanding. He is the best finance manager I have ever worked with. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable. I also loved the sleek digital pad on the desk. Shoutout to the sustainability initiatives at this dealership because they clearly do not waste paper. Sydney is holding it down for the women in the automotive world and I loved seeing that representation. It was refreshing and empowering. And a huge standing ovation to Gregg, the General Manager, for cultivating such a strong, customer-focused team. I genuinely appreciate leadership that takes a moment to meet every customer. It says so much about the culture and pride in this dealership. This was truly an incredible experience from beginning to end. If you are looking for a Land Rover and want to feel valued, respected, and taken care of, this is the place you need to go.

Right now, with the issues at JLR and the expiring EV

Right now, with the issues at JLR and the expiring EV rebates, finding a PHEV Range Rover was nearly impossible, so we decided to try out of State. We found on the Internet a car we liked at Landrover Flatirons, 1200 miles from where we live. Despite the worry of attempting such a large, long distance transaction, we decided it was this or nothing so we went for it. I have to say that both the dealership, and in particular the sales rep Mike Prasad, made the whole process including delivery of the vehicle, easy, painless and fast, really easier than any local vehicle transaction we've done. Very Impressed, use these guys if they have what you need

My engine light went on at 93,000 mi 23 miles after I

My engine light went on at 93,000 mi 23 miles after I left Flatirons for service check up which they labeled as 96,000 miles. Second time they did that. When I got home I called asking for a service appointment. Best they could do was 8 weeks wait. I was beyond disappointed. I live an hour away. I was told do not drive it in. I tried to get someone in Ft. Collins to look at it but no one wants to work on Range Rovers. After 8 weeks wait I had the RR towed and it took until the next morning I received a Phone call stating it was a dirty air filter come pick it up. Gee, I was charged for this same filter in my 96,000 mile second check up. Obviously service department missed that. Now after a year and less than 800 miles driven from the 8 week service wait, the radiator is leaking. I called and was told it will be 3 weeks for an appointment and 3 days for them to diagnose the issue. It is like dealing with people who have no idea about cars. Awful Awful dealership.

Waited 2 1/2 weeks for a service appointment with a

Waited 2 1/2 weeks for a service appointment with a loaner. Drove an hour to get there and when I pulled up, I’m told there is no loaner. We can reschedule you for another time…. Hands-down, the worst service department I have ever had to deal with

I had a great time buying my 2025 Range Rover Sport from

I had a great time buying my 2025 Range Rover Sport from this dealership! Mike, the sales associate, was a total rockstar. I showed up last-minute, and he still made time for me like it was no big deal. He walked me through financing vs. leasing with the patience of a saint, breaking down all the pros and cons so I actually understood what I was getting into. Greg, the GM, also jumped in with some great advice. It felt like they genuinely wanted me to make the best choice for me, not just sell me a car. It felt more like chatting with a friend than buying a car. And let’s not forget the dealership itself—talk about luxury! Between the coffee bar and the snacks, I was pretty much spoiled. Whether you’re there to buy or just getting a service, they’ve got you covered with some serious hospitality. Overall, it was a fun, smooth, and downright enjoyable experience (how often can you say that about the car buying experience?). Highly recommend!

Michael was great to work with!

Michael was great to work with! I usually hate the car buying experience, but he helped make everything easy from the first conversation through finalizing the purchase and was able to answer any questions along the way. He's also very friendly and laid back, which helped put us at ease, and he never put any pressure to move forward along the way. The dealership was great too. Everyone was friendly from the moment we walked through the door, even people we weren't directly working with. They made the entire process much quicker and simpler than other dealerships I've dealt with in the past. I highly recommend both Michael and the dealership!

Had a fantastic experience, was a spur of the moment

Had a fantastic experience, was a spur of the moment purchase and Michael made it easy and pleasant. Have done cash deals at dealerships that took 2+ hours, got this deal done with financing in under 45 minutes. Highly recommend!

Mike was super friendly and helpful from the first time

Mike was super friendly and helpful from the first time we met him in October to when we finally purchased our car in December. He was not pushy and did not try to oversell us. He listened to what we wanted and found us our car. He was also super efficient in getting us through the whole process. I would recommend Mike to anyone who is looking for a Land Rover! Mike also made himself available for questions after the purchase, which we appreciated.
