I had an oil change done and at pickup Brandon went over

I had an oil change done and at pickup Brandon went over the car with me and recommended that I start to consider new tires as mine were nearing the end of their life. With winter coming I decided to get them sooner rather than later. I called in for options and prices and spoke to Cliff who was very helpful in determining which tire would be best suited for my needs. They fit me in for the service very quickly as they always do.

SUV inspected.

SUV inspected. Didn’t waive inspection fee because I had no plate on front. Had plate frame on back and Whissler logo too. Won’t be back.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I take full responsibility for enforcing our program rules with our team. These guidelines exist for a reason, and if we start making exceptions for some customers, the entire program becomes inconsistent and impossible to manage. As part of our delivery process, our Wissler Disclosure clearly states — and is highlighted in blue — that a front plate is required for the program. We make every effort to communicate all requirements at delivery, though we understand customers can sometimes forget details with the amount of information covered at that time. I realize this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for, but we must apply the same standards to every vehicle to keep the program fair and manageable. Wisslers has been great to Faithful Transport we have a

Wisslers has been great to Faithful Transport we have a fleet of 50 van s here in Manheim and they are always willing and able to help us out and the turn around is great since we require that as a school van company. Great job!!
