Missed my initial appointment due to a minor flood in my house, staff were incredibly helpful in rearranging my appointment for later and sorting me out a courtesy car so that I could salvage some of my day. They were a pleasure to deal with even when I arrived in a foul mood cursing my husband for not having noticed the flood. They sorted my service, managed to fit in the inspection I'd forgotten to book and listened to me rant until I had dissipated enough anger to move on with my life. Would recommend for both counseling and car maintenance.

We had to bring our infant daughter and the staff were all friendly and accommodating to us. Our salesperson, Leanne, helped us through the whole process of choosing the right car for us and Pat ?Irish? Donnelly went out of his way to offer to have the car delivered. Our only complaint was that it took a long time for paperwork to be completed once we picked out the car.
