Service and Sales above the call of Service

Service never dropped the ball when doing my service. Also Hank keep in touch for the passed four months. Working each new deal that came along. Then it happened and we leased and bought new cars

Nice clean facility and great service

The visit for a 4 month maintenance check was great with scheduling and accessibility. The timeliness of my appointment was a bit longer than I expected.

Best dealer in New Jersey.

I leased a car and realized it was not the car for me. This was the start of a weekend. I called Anthony Sosa on Sunday on his cell and told him I didn't want the car. What could he do. He rushed into the dealership Monday morning to find out the paper work had already been sent to the bank. Between Anthony and Tom in financing, they were able to get me out of that lease and into the car I love. ! They both worked very hard for me all day on Monday, having to start all over with the paper work. But they did. There is not a better dealership out there. They have my deepest gratitude. I will certainly continue to do business with T&T Coast for a long, long time.

Long wait

Everyone was very pleasant and I have no complaints with the service, but my appointment was at 9:15 and my car was not finished until almost 2:00. It was only an oil change so I was disappointed it took so long. I expected it would take about an hour. I purposely made an appointment to minimize wait time. My sister did take my kids and I back to her house, but I felt stuck(not to mention my daughter got sick and threw up) . Don't know if that's a normal wait time??

Clean, comfortable facilities, pleasant, courtious

The gentleman I dealt with, I believe his name is Chris, was such a pleasure to deal with. Cheerful, knowledgeable, explained everything, always with a cheery smile. And the work preformed was satisfactory.

Courteous and Accomodating

Chris and Larry were so helpful and pleasant. I was given a courtesy car without question and it made me feel just as safe as my SUV. In addition, the mechanic did a complete check of my vehicle to make sure that everything was working correctly. I am so appreciative! Thank you gentlemen.

Always dependable service!!

Always courteous and accomodating (provided) me with a loaner while my car was serviced. Very pleasant and clean waiting area. Kept me updated during service. This is our third car from this dealership. I wouldn't get my cars serviced anywhere else.

From the first step into your showroom, to the follow-up emails and phone calls after the sale, we continue to be regarded in a respectful and caring manner. The proof of the pleasure of our experience with T & T Coast Buick is in the fact that within one week, we purchased two new Buicks. You have most likely heard the saying; ?Quality, Service, Price; pick any two?, however, T & T Coast Buick can honestly boast offering all three.

Very good experience

Overall, a good experience. I was a little disappointed that the coupon that I had didn't cover the type of oil used in my Camaro. I would've liked to have seen a credit for a "normal" oil change against my $117.00 charge.
