The deal started out good, but I would never buy a vehicle at Douglas again. They don't want to keep their word and then avoid you when you try and hold them to what they've agreed to. Very untrustworthy with incompetent service department.

Douglas Dodge Ram was an absolute great experience for purchasing a new vehicle. Met with Dave Lareau on Saturday morning July 22, 2023. We purchased a 2022 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Lux with only 8K miles. Dave took us for a test drive, explained all of the features, and was a pleasure to work with. No pressure to make the purchase. Explained everything in plain English. Got a great price on my trade in. My wife and I are very happy!

With the rise in auto prices, I was looking for just the right vehicle, used, for the right price. I drove over an hour to look at a vehicle they had here. It was well worth the trip. The staff are so professional, and Kevin helped me with this purchase, and made sure I was satisfied before I had it home. My only regret is that they are not closer to where I live, but I know they will be there for me, if I need something.
