we found a car online and over the period of a couple weeks I was back and forth with the sales person. He was always professional, never pawned me off on someone else, and when the car we were looking at was unavailable he let me know and offered to contact us if something else came in. About 2 weeks later he called me they had recieved another car that we were interested in and we went through the process of paper work on line and over the phone, he came in on his day off to meet us when we could make the trip and stayed past closing to finalize the deal! this was huge for us being that we were coming from Michigan to look at this car.

I found a vehicle I was looking for on the internet. I called and talked to Scott Renfro and told him I could be there in 25 minutes. When I arrived the vehicle I wanted to look at was at the front door as promised. After test driving I was allowed to take it home for the night. There was no hassle on making a purchase, I feel I got both a fair deal on my trade as well as price on the vehicle I wanted to buy. Friendly sales staff and easy to work with.

Mitch (sales person) was great from the first time we spoke on the phone about the 2012 GMC Acadia SLT2. He was accommodating with my limited time-frame during an extremely busy time. The owner even came to help make things run quickly and smoothly, personally taking care of some of the minutia involved in the sale. Besides that, they were very no nonsense to deal with when it came to negotiating price and I feel like I got more than a fair deal.
