I drove down all the way from the Detroit area to buy a car I'd found listed through Cars.com. My wife has had her eye on a Fiat 500 for a few years, and they'd taken one in on trade. It was exactly what I'd been looking for at a price I couldn't beat. I talked to them in advance to confirm the condition and availability of the car and I was impressed with the straightforward answers and matter-of-fact, honest tone. I drove down on a Friday night, and was there first thing Saturday morning. The car was just as described and we started the paperwork after a short test drive and a once-over in the shop area. Brian was really great. He loves what he does, and it shows. I work on the development of automotive electronics, and we sat and chatted for almost an hour about the state and future of the industry and technology. He really knows his cars and his market. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. They even threw in a CarFax guarantee. It was a bit of a drive for me, but well worth the trip.

I was highly satisfied with my purchase from this dealership! They were very low pressure and very nice. I searched for a Honda CRV all over WV, MD, and PA and in my opinion they had the best deal for what I was looking for. Not only was the car a great price compared to others but they had replaced the rear breaks and rotors on it and had done an oil change. I wish more dealerships would take care of their cars like Hollern and Sons does. I would definitely buy from them again!
