Amazing service from Sean as always!

Amazing service from Sean as always! I trust Sean and the Faulkner Nissan service team with all of my service needs. They never disappoint. The service manager Doug is top notch as well. He knows so much about vehicles and lumens in flashlights. Thanks for always providing me with the best experience.

Went to dealer for a diagnostic because check engine

Went to dealer for a diagnostic because check engine light came on. They told me that my MAF sensor has a short in it & needed to be replaced. I already originally replaced the sensor less than a year ago, so I find that strange but Just came back from buying another MAF sensor at another Nissan dealership in Lancaster. I pray to god, the new MAF sensor is what fixes the problem. Very friendly people at Faulkner Nissan. Service center was very up forward and they worked w me on the pricing for diagnostic. Made me feel very comfortable. Will give an update when replacing sensor. Fingers crossed! 🤞🏽🙏🏽

No thing to write. I have been their customer since 2021. I am fully satisfied with the service. Why do we have to write 25 words to complete the service if we don?t have anything to complain about the dealer services?

Prompt, friendly sercice. Very thorough, great communication. Easy to schedule. Great location to navigate to. Coming back for my car wash next week when car wash is fixed.

Stopped in without an appointment for a tire issue. They were able to squeeze me in and get the tire repaired! I was happy that they were able to satisfy my issue under this type of circumstance , I know that?s not always the case!
