The new building is awesome. It just makes you want to buy a new car soon after you enter. The 2 salemens I dealt with Keith Baker and Rich Long were very good in making me feel comfortable. The finance/dealer rep Erica Gonzalez worked very hard to try and get us the best rates. Everyone in the building communicates very well with the customers. My dad has been buying cars there for 35-40 years. We purchased 2 Versa's in 7 days and the experience was great.

We just bought a used nissan murano from eisenhauer nissan and they were great. Greg Krick was an awesome salesman, he was not high pressure at all and was very laid back. I would definitely recommend this dealership it was total opposite of what I found at my local dealer in Lancaster.

My experiences with Rich are that he has always been "up front" with his information on vechicle types, purchasing options and pricing. Since 2005 I have purchased five Nissan vehicles, dealing with Rich on all purchases. Most of my friends and family consider me a critical individual to deal with. If i wasn't getting professional and fair dealings with Eisenhauer-Nissan, and particularly Rich, I would be shopping elsewhere for my vehicles. I have been purchasing cars since 1967 from local dealerships that include Pontiac, Chevrolet and Ford. My relationship with Eisenhauer-Nissan has been the longest, continuous one since 1967. This mainly attributed to Rich and the entire Eisenhauer-Nissan sales and service teams.
