Service is awesome. Taylor always is welcoming and I arrive an hour earlier than appointment and was not a problem, seen right away. My Jeep Renegade service was done before my scheduled appointment on a Saturday.. Jerry calls to make sure everything went well every time, which is much appreciated. Will buy all my future vehicles there and get all my Service done at Savage L & B Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Robesonia as well. Great Dealer and Service Team. Sales personnel follow through after sale....help with service coordination after the sale (to install items we added to vehicle purchase). Very good at communication and follow up. Service department very thorough, good at explaining work done, got vehicle done earlier than expected. They provided a loaner....process was a piece of cake!

2020 Cherokee high altitude 4×4
We were referred to Chris Perez by my sister who also purchased a jeep from him. He went above and beyond any salesperson we've ever dealt with...he was so friendly and down to earth and worked with numbers until we were exactly where we needed to be and felt comfortable with our payment amount. I didn't expect to drive away in a brand new vehicle with 9 miles on it but he made it happen. Thanks again Chris you have customers for life!!!!

Best car buying experience I have ever had
I have purchased many new vehicles and motorcycles in my lifetime but this was the best experience to date. Talked with Chris about what I wanted and what my preferences were. I got to the dealership and he had picked out exactly what I would have picked for myself from their huge inventory. I was planning to check things out and discuss. I didn't expect to be buying a truck right away but not long afterward I was driving away in my new truck. It was, by far, the shortest time I have ever spent at a dealer buying a vehicle. Highly recommended
