Every time we have brought our car in they do something wrong- the replaced the sunroof and didn’t replace the plastic piece behind the rear view so there are now exposed wires. The repaired a tire and never returned our trunk cover. The car is filthy every time they work on it- my headliner is stained all over from the work they have done. I would never recommend them!

Everyone was very helpful. They made you feel comfortable and important. Explainations were good. In hindsight I should have asked for a more detailed explanation of using the truck as a hotspot and Ram connect. All in all a very good experience.
