Mike greeted us with neighborly care and was a great listener . He was knowledgeable of the inventory and what vehicle would meet our needs. He gave us his undivided attention to our questions and concerns! Like many people we do not always enjoy the new car purchasing process, However the moment we entered the AT&T dealership we felt very much at home. Our sales person Stephen Thuel was very personable and knowledgeable, He listened to our expectations and met them all. The price we paid was very fair (we did price check) and we look forward to a long partnership with Subaru and AT&T.

This was my first experience purchasing a car myself and in the words of Michael Scott, "I knew exactly what to do. But in a much more real sense, I had no idea what to do." Chris helped solidify my decision on the car without feeling any pressure. From start to finish Chris was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and honest. During the financial process Frank explained all of the warranties, coverage and optional features so well and answered all questions I had directly. The whole process was smooth and I left feeling very well taken care of. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

After shopping around for multiple vehicles we were sold on the Subaru Outback. Stephen Thuel was extremely knowledgeable about ALL the models, since I was unsure of what to go with when I first arrived. After going through test drives of several models we decided on the Outback. Not once did we feel pressured & in fact felt that this dealership and Stephen did the best job by making us feel comfortable in our budget situation. They worked with us on our trade in, giving us the best market value for it & even having the Manager Philip come out, to not 'haggle' us, but to give us peace of mind that he would do what it took to get the best price for the trade in. Not one other dealer did that for us. He was the only one & that made us feel stronger about going with A&T. After settling on the numbers, which they also helped with, everything from the finance process from Frank which went extremely fast & smooth to Jessica who showed us the entire car & functions of it. We are extremely happy overall with the experience on every level. Again, no pressure was ever felt & we are confident that we made the right choice by going with A&T Subaru. Not only did we get one of the safest cars on the road, we got a wonderful car buying experience!

We went to A&T Subaru because several friends told us how happy they were with their Subaru and with A&T Subaru. We went just to look & learn a little more. 4 hours later I drove my new Forester home! This is the fastest we've ever made a car buying decision, but we never felt pressured. We felt like we were being treated fairly & honestly; a great experience.

This dealership is very accommodating. My car was not in on time so they gave me a loaner to use. The whole process of buying the car was simple. Jeff knew I had a limited time schedule and had everything ready when I came it. It was quick and painless. Awesome job A&T Chevrolet.
