This is the second vehicle my wife and I have bought from Freedom Ford in Ebensburg, PA. Both times we've had nothing but good experiences. Our credit isn't the best in the world and they're able to find us the credit we can afford. The staff was very friendly. My toddler daughter even ended up walking around with a few of the employee's and they gave her a balloon and some coloring pages to keep her happy. She didn't want to leave when we were ready to take our new car home. I'd highly recommend at least trying this dealer if you're in the area looking.

Chris Barczak, "OUR" salesman was great, friendly, knowledgeable, super personality, all work and service and absolutely NO pressure. My 2012 F150 is all I could ask for. Service after the sale is a key consideration and Dave the service manager guaranteed me that we would receive the best in the industry. He did not over state his claim. It's as if these folks are family and friends I've known all my life. Always friendly while delivering prompt personal, professional service. Even the technicians in the shop offer professional, courteous and sincere advice and service. One year after purchase of the F150 my wife insisted we deal with Freedom for her new vehicle. The "FREEDOM TEAM" came through again and she is extremely happy with her new Escape. I cannot recommend these people enough. Oh! There is one negative. You might find it a little cool in the Service Waiting Area during the winter months. But personally, the hot, fresh coffee comfy furniture and warm, friendly staff solves that problem for me.

Although it took several days and many phone calls for ME to decide on the black Escape or the white one, Salesman Bert never pressured me to make a decision, he just listened to my wants and offered me several options. When I finally decided on the black Escape he was able to get the vehicle within hours after making my final decision. Jen and Bert have provided me with hometown service and I feel confident that I will continue to receive great service after my purchase.
