Terrible

We brought our brand new truck in to get a box liner, fender flares, and winter tires on, as well as a few scratches and dent fixed - all a part of the deal when we bought the brand new truck. The first time we came to get the vehicle, they had it for more then 24 hours and were only able to get the box liner done. So we made another appointment to get all of the additional work done. Not only did the service department not contact us by the end of the day as promised, but they were closed the following day AND left the vehicle in the shop, so we were truckless for an extra 2 days. Monday morning comes around and they only put the tires on, no fender flares or dent/scratch repair! Absolutely terrible service. We were also denied a lender vehicle, so my husband was using my little car as a work vehicle for tools/parts, meanwhile I’m stuck at home with a toddler and due with our second any day now. Great job selling the vehicle ford, but you guys are terrible at service. Would not recommend these clowns to anyone.

Overall Great Experience

Everyone from sales, service, and finance were extremely helpful and knowledgable when purchasing my very first brand new F-150. Dawn, Jason, and Travis were extremely impeccable and I would recommend this group to anyone purchasing a vehicle!

Dissatisfied

I honestly don't know where to begin. I had emailed this dealership via cars.com. My inquiry went to a Jason "The Car Ninja". I emailed him in regards to a preowned Audi and initially I got a response right away. Then I sent him pictures of my car to get a roundabout estimate of what they would be willing to give me for a trade on my car. Emailed him within an hour and he told me he had to look it over with a manager and he would get back to me in the morning. Next morning rolls around and I get nothing. Not a response or anything. I emailed him 3 separate times to check in on the process to no avail. Now two days later I get a response that he never got my emails and their firewall must have blocked them. And of course now someone had put a deposit on the car I wanted. Just bad business.

wish it was better

people there were friendly and nice and respectful but if you have bad credit make sure you have $5,000+ to put down or you cant get help

Great job

Might of been the easiest process of buying a vehicle. Jason Beam was extremely helpful and courteous. He made this an easy process. The whole process worked out well Thank you

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Corey Walters was fantastic at uncovering what we wanted, presenting us with our options and working to meet our budget! Tim Aurandt, Sales Manager helped us hammer out the best deal and Travis Stormer, Finance Manager did a great job explaining our warranty & finance options. Once the deal was completed, Corey took the time to connect my wife's phone to the bluetooth system and explain each and every function of the vehicle. They were all great and made the experience pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend Freedom Ford to anyone!

Disappointed

My wife and I have purchased several vehicles from Freedom Ford. We always had a great buying experience until now. The entire staff has changed. We only recognized Bert and Ted. We got the run around on our trade value and the sales manager kept messing up the figures. Our sales person was nice and apologetic for the long wait and constant mistakes. Not only that, after about the fourth trip back and forth, the "manager" Mike came out and reluctantly talked to us. He acted like we were interrupting his day. He was very rude and arrogant. What a change from the no hassle buying process we've always had there previously. We left and purchased a new vehicle at another dealership.

Dealer response

We have little to go on here, we are not aware of who this customer is or the situation. Ted was transferred to our sister store over 4 months ago, so that sets the time-frame.. We try very hard to make everyone's experience here a great one, not sure how to correct this or even try to make it right in the customers eyes. We are sorry that they feel the way they do..
