Over priced didn't care about wait times. Didn't call back in a timely manner. Rude Mike service Manager. Telling me I was lying that Braden didn't guarentee me the part would fix it. And service tech guaranteed it will fix problems. But I'm stuck with bill and no car fixed.

If you could provide your name or R.O. number so we could take a look into your Repair and see where we could have improved on to insure our quality of work that would help me. I would be able to find a solution or answer as to why your visit with us was not to the satisfaction that we strive to give every customer we service.
Excellent service from Brandon and Larry.
My 2015 Trax was not running smoothly. First time there, met Brandon, Very friendly, answered all concerns and directed me appropriately. used there free shuttle service, Larry was friendly, chatted all the way to my destination and seemed interested in me as a person not a customer, was like being with an old friend. Vehicle was ready when they said it would be. runs smoothly now. Great job guys

I was having my vehicle in for repairs. They gave me a ride to the rental car place. And when I picked my car up after the repairs, I was surprised that they had cleaned the interior.

All was great except the last few visits Ive been able to smell cigarette smoke while I waited and I leave smelling like it. I deal with the public in my job and at my church and I don't like going back to either smelling like cigarette smoke.
