Great customer service.

I had an emergency dead battery situation. The service dept saw that I was also due for regular maintenance and did both at the same visit. Had my car back the same day.

I purchased a used bmw from them that had a 30 day 1000

I purchased a used bmw from them that had a 30 day 1000 mile warranty. At approximately 800 miles the heater quit working and the battery kept draining to the point of not starting every day. Took the bmw into service they said they couldn’t fix the heater so it got sent to bmw. BMW fixed the heater but Troutmans garage couldn’t figure out the electrical problem. I was told to pick it up and if the battery drains again to let them know. The electrical problem continued the next day after I picked it up. It has since been at Troutman’s garage 5 times for the same problem and nothing getting fixed. The bmw was sent to a bmw dealer to get the problem diagnosed. They figured out the problem is the electric water pump. Troutmans refuses to pay to have it fixed. Even tho the problem was there when it was under warranty and never fixed. I have since gotten every excuse possible as to why they are not responsible for the repairs. This bmw was under warranty at the time of the electrical problem starting. I was also sold this bmw under listing as it was a car bravo certified vehicle. I would like to know exactly who certified this vehicle cause while it was at bmw they did a full inspection and gave me a list of $9600 worth of repairs that should be done. I also asked to speak with the owner Tad Troutman about this problem and was told by the service department that he doesn’t handle these issues
