Very unpleasant and time consuming experience. Dana did not follow through and include everything listed in the vehicle description on their website. A 90 day trial of BlueCruise was included with my vehicle and they would not provide this service or a cash/credit for the missing service. I would NOT recommend ever going to this dealership. Sergio was the finance person I dealt with and he did a great job. Although he was misleading with the warranty. Sold me an “8 year warranty” but failed to mention that it was 8 years from when the vehicle was first serviced, not 8 years from purchase date.

Heriburto, is very knowledgeable and understands the
Heriburto, is very knowledgeable and understands the customers concerns. I only gave the dealership 4 stars because of the issue we had regarding the loner vehicle that had a special coating on the windshield making it impossible for the ezpass to be read unless you placed it in a certain area next to the rear-view mirror. I only found this out by checking Fords web site which had a bulletin out regarding this condition. We ended up paying full price on the tolls, which really upset my wife. The bulletin should be posted so that people who buy or may get one as a loner should be made aware of this issue.

Excellent service, except they didn't give me the
Excellent service, except they didn't give me the contract documents. I don't know how to pay the monthly payments. I need a copy of the title. I hope to have a copy of the documents. After all, everything went very well.

My wife was struck from behind breaking her neck and
My wife was struck from behind breaking her neck and putting her in a wheel chair . This makes any traveling very difficult for her due to the vibration , bumps in the road etc. That being said that lead to the Lincoln Nautilus a higher end vehicle that really was not in the budget but a must for may wife and a necessary in her over all care . After calling many .many dealership from California to Florida and many many others across the country I found Dana Lincoln . Pietro worked with me to find the right vehicle at a price that I could live with when no other place in the country came close to address our needs . I almost never recommend ANY one ever I have found that it is not a practice that generally serves myself or other well something always seems to go south . But in the case I am making a exception . When I went to Dana Ford I had no idea that I was going
When I went to Dana Ford I had no idea that I was going to wind up leading a new car. I loved the way I was treated by Mr. Batista and the staff at Fird Lincoln. They intoduced me to a new Foed Escape. I test drove the car and fell in love with the way it drove and how comfortable I was in the car. Signed all the paperwork that day ; and picked up my new car the very next day. I’ve been driving around in my new car and I’ve never been happier with any other car that I’ve ever owned!!!!
