Went to DeFouw in Lafayette to test drive some used SUVs and could not have been happier with the exceptional, patient service. We test drove 3 different vehicles while we were there and they were very accommodating. Joe Atkinson was a great salesman, not pushy and very kind. We had done our research online before going in and found that their prices were also very fair.

Super rep, her name is Pam Strain. She greeted us and was more than helpful getting me a great deal. DeFouew is a great place to buy. When in need of another vehicle, will definitely be talking to Pam.

Our sales rep, Noel was absolutely wonderful. He listened to what my wife and I wanted, never pushed anything on us and was straight forward and transparent at all times. He stayed with us for most of a half day. As her husband, I really appreciated the fact that he understood the car was for her, and unlike some sales reps, he was great to make her his number one priority during the entire process. As did the financing officer. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Best buying process always. The sales person took my interest in everything, not the usually vehicles, that they want to push you to buy. Told them what I wanted and that’s what I got. The whole staff was friendly. It’s really hard to find service oriented people. That’s obviously, the number one thing here. The customer comes first. That’s what makes long term success. Keep up the good work.

I just purchased a new 2020 Silverado 2500HD from DeFouw Chevrolet yesterday. I have been searching for a truck locally, but could not find the one that met my needs. After searching the internet, it turned out they had one 2020 2500HD left on the lot. After corresponding with Nick Simpson, I realized this was the truck for me. Nick went above and beyond to make it happen! Considering I traveled over 90 miles from out of state to consider this truck, it was absolutely well worth the trip. Nick had a quick quote done for my trade-in via photos and conversation before I made the trip out. I honestly can say I did not expect them to hold true to that number, but lo and behold, they didn’t budge off that quote. Jim Halsema in finance also went above and beyond as well! I highly recommend this dealer and will gladly visit them again for any future needs! Thanks for the great customer service and keep up the great work guys!

Every vehicle I have ever purchased has come with two keys. I was not told until delivery this used vehicle only had one. I asked about a second, but was told I had to go get my own and I have no idea how to get a fob. Great customer service would have been to order it for me even it it meant additional cost.

We've looked at used vehicles before at Defouw, but found what we wanted elsewhere. Came back a year later, when it was time to replace another one of our vehicles to Defouw to the same salesman, because we remembered how well he treated us before, and never pressured us. Mike Brown is quite knowledgeable about the cars they sell, has practical advice and was very comfortable to talk to. We will always come here now, and nowhere else. We learned we can trust what he says. Thank you, Mike, We love our car!

Nick was very helpful, kind and really great to work with on purchasing and finding me the car I was looking for. I especially glad he helped me with getting my tint on new car!
