Regester Chevrolet

I was greeted kindly and assured my service check and inspection would begin soon. My favorite salesperson, Tim, was there to greet me and when I mentioned an issue with the vehicle he promptly brought it to the attention of the service dept. The service rep explained the matter thoroughly and assured me it would be repaired. My wait time was much less than expected. It's so nice to have the assurance and confidence one needs when it comes to auto maintainence; and it's a plus to have a comfortable waiting area with TV, coffee and snacks.

I was at Regester's Chevrolet one day from 9:30 til noon test driving cars and the salesman was wonderful -- very patient with me. I ended up buying a 2015 Impala 2 weeks later. Kevin is a great salesman -- very upfront with me about the Camaro and how it handles when I went to test drive it. Very happy customer!

I was notified that it was time for my truck to be serviced. It was so easy to schedule an appointment and upon my arrival to Regester's the service personnel and all sales folks were so friendly. My truck was serviced and tires rotated while my wife and I enjoyed the lounge with TV coffee and snacks!!

Every time I walk into the show room, I am greeted by the receptionist or a sales person (if the receptionist is out). Regester's offers loaner cars without question. I am from Centre County and the State College dealers do everything they can to not provide a loaner car. That is why I really value this with Regester's. Kurt in Service keeps me appraised of any issues with the car. My car needed tires and he provided options and let me investigate. I asked about different tires and he gladly searched out the information. There was also a problem with the sunroof that required working with GM Techs. Kurt let me know what was happening and that it was going to cause a delay completing work on my car. I value being updated and keep aware of what is happening. Pick up was smooth and easy as usual. Something small, that is unrelated to the actual service performed on my car was the cleanliness of my car when I picked it up. There was a lot of yellow pollen all over the outside of the car and there were dirt marks/boot prints on the door sills from the techs working on the sunroof. It would be a nice touch if the dirt was wiped off the sills and the car rinsed off outside (not even a full wash). I continue to appreciate Regester's for their commitment to their customers.
