Every time I bring my car there you guys break something Paid $3100 and had to take it back and charged me another diagnostic charge with 4 more things wrong with it not sure why those items didn’t show up on the first diagnostic test

I can't copy and paste the email that I sent to John Cnota because it is too long. The short version is the service was abysmal. Tony Cron was incredibly rude to Marc and I. I have no confidence that twin City Dodge can perform any repairs in a timely manner. The communication was nonexistent.
