Tom is a really nice guy and spent lots of time explaining the vehicle and answering questions. I came in knowing exactly what we were looking for and he helped us through the process smoothly and got us into our new-to-us vehicle. My timing that day made him rush through his lunch and, due to my husband's work schedule, by the time we got through the financing details, it was past his clock-out time. He was a great sport and has offered to help if we have any issues in the future! I'd definitely ask for Tom when visiting Twin City.

Mo was great to work with. But some one tried to slip in an extra warranty for $3000, but it wasn't Mo. It was taken off when we said something.

The salesman was great up to the point of sale; however, it was very clear once the sale was completed the salesman was on to the next one. Didn't even take the time to set up the additional enhancements that were part of the deal. I had to text him later. Also, once the warranty was declined the demeanor of the finance director quickly shifted to irritation and short cold replies / directions. Clearly once the sale is done they are also done with you. Doesn't help with referrals or repeat business.

Tyrus was the best salesman I've ever worked with at a car dealership. Professional and courteous. He kept me informed, was responsive, and worked with me on my terms. He assisted in finding me the exact vehicle I wanted, had it brought to Twin City in Lafayette, and when I arrived the day of purchase, it was shined up and ready to go! In addition, he insured the purchase process was smooth and uncomplicated due to awesome preparation. Can't recommend this guy enough! If I ever need a vehicle again, I'm going to Tyrus first!
