I had the best experience ever going to twin city. You can tell that they really value their customers and make sure that they are priority.

Both would have been a 5 but I had to wait well over two hours to get into the finance office to get the deal done and this is after I gave all of my info over the phone. After I bought the car I was informed that they were down to only one finance guy. This should have been told to me when I arrived. I drove from three hours away. All that being said they were easy to deal with and I would consider them in the future. Also the interest I was quoted ended up being 1 percent lower and the price of the car was less then expected.

It’s easy to get to and pretty helpful for the most part. Haven’t had any work done lately other than an oil change.
