When I scheduled the service for the recall notices for a 2025 Ford, F150, I was told it would take an hour and half to do the software upgrade and they would assess the axe hub to see what was needed and I would have to come back for repair if they had to order parts. I was asked if I would be dropping it off or waiting for it. I told them I would wait on the vehicle. I showed up at 7:45 AM for an 8:00 AM appointment No one was available to check in until 7:58 AM. Half an hour into the service appointment (8:30) they still hadn't taken the vehicle back. When I asked why, they said that their technicians were busy, and they would get to it as soon as they were done. I asked when that would that be, and I was told when the technicians are done. I said I had an 8:00 AM appointment. I was told they would get to it but they didn't give me any indication of how long that would be. At that point I said just give me my key back, I will go somewhere else. Then the service manager said to me in a snarky way, "HAVE A NICE DAY"! I said to him I had an 8:00 AM appointment. He said again louder "HAVE A NICE DAY"! I said that's poor scheduling on your part. He said again "HAVE A NICE DAY"! I am done with Tri-State Ford. I had purchased 4 vehicles from that location in the past when it was Grand Ford. Just look at the reviews, they have gone downhill since 2016.

Great experience working with Tri-State Ford.

Great experience working with Tri-State Ford. We are a small business from out-of-state and bought a truck for our company. Worked very closely with Noah and he responded quickly to all of our questions and understood how to work through all the logistics of a long-distance purchase.

DO NOT GO TO TRI STATE FORD

Went to see vehicle on Saturday, unable to do anything due to weekend, went first thing Monday morning and low and behold the keys were no where to be found. I call BULL#%IT

Fleets beware!!!

Dealership is the worst. Not fleet friendly and will leave your vehicle sitting for weeks. Service manager can care less. Don't have the same experience as us.

Great Experience

Great experience. Bought a 2018 GMC Sierra 3500 from them. Ryan was my salesman, treated us well. Got exactly what I wanted for my trade and on the truck. I also needed some additional things with the truck and they took care of that at no charge (Tire/key fob). Would recommend.

No Pressure

Ryan showed me the vehicle and when I told him I needed to research the car. He understood and there was no urgency to buy. When I came back I got what I wanted for my trade in. Overall the best car buying experience I have had.

Great, friendly and fair dealings on buying my 2019 Dodge Journey. Purchase price was more than fair and their trade-in offer was on the upside. Very well pleased! Had the warranty repairs made to fix the airbag warning light, supply a brake pedal pad and procure a second key.

My husband and I recently purchased a new f-150 from tri State Ford. We had a great experience. Their inventory selection was great and the sales team was even better. Would definitely recommend.
