I’m new to Cadillac after owing Fords and Chevy’s for a long time. The dealership was very nice and friendly. Jack, our salesman was great helping us with purchasing a Lyriq. Would recommend him to family and friends looking for a new car.

Started in the service department with an unexpected
Started in the service department with an unexpected issue. John helped us and when the issues became where a newer vehicle made sense he turned us over to Wesley. Wes was great. Helped coordinate the test drives, and our trade and got us over to finance. Overall a good experience

I’m not satisfied with the service at Crown Cadillac,
I’m not satisfied with the service at Crown Cadillac, this was my first Cadillac purchase. The customer service that I received after an ongoing repair was horrible. I never received any customer reassurance or spoke to a General manager or Service Manager in regards to my experiences. I guess some customers receive great service and others not so much.

I purchased my seventh Cadillac from Crown.
I purchased my seventh Cadillac from Crown. And my sales agent Craig is the best he knows what I want and he always delivers. The service department has Freddy and John. They are the best. They always tell me how long it’s gonna take and the job is done and at the end my car is washed. I would give crown Cadillac 10 across-the-board. That’s why I keep going to them. Great service great teamwork.
